Bogue
Running with dual monitors, on an extended desktop mode with ArcGIS Explorer on the secondary monitor, and clicking the full-screen window button causes the application to occupy all of the secondary monitor and part of the primary monitor. It places the window controls off in space, making them inaccessible.
