Running the portalScan.py tool using Command Prompt causes Idle to open the portalScan.py file and does not output a report.

Instead of running portalScan.py, run the portalScan.bat file at a command prompt. The documentation states: "The portalScan.py script is in the \tools\security directory. Run the script from the command line using portalScan.bat, which is in the same directory. You have the option to specify one or more parameters when running the script."
