Bogue
Running a model as a geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.1 does not references the active map when there is more than one map added to the Layout view.

- Set the input as a parameter
- Run the model from the Model ribbon with the model Editor open (cannot take Parameter Inputs this way).
