Bogue
Running a custom infographic from the Business Analyst widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder fails to load if the web experience is created by a user with a Standard license, even if the infographic is shared with the organization.

This is due to a limitation of the app proxy (utility service created by the ExB app when GeoEnrichment is authorized during publishing), as it can only access items (infographic templates and layers) owned by the creator/owner of the ExB app. We recommend the following steps instead: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/configure-widgets/business-analyst-widget.htm#ESRI_SECTION2_755F5C14D958467884B2F6E88872FE87Solution de contournement
- Transfer ownership of the custom infographic template to the owner of the ArcGIS Experience Builder web app.
- Share the custom template publicly.
- The creator or owner of the ArcGIS Experience Builder web app can create a custom GeoEnrichment utility and add its URL in ArcGIS Experience Builder. Refer to ArcGIS Experience Builder: Add a custom GeoEnrichment utility service by URL for instructions.
