Bogue
Requests for Web Map Service (WMS) from CRF are not reporting or accepting get capabilities, and the dimensions are not altering the map that is being returned.

This is as designed. Add a prefix to the 'StdTime' dimension to change it to 'dim_StdTime', according to WMS 1.3 specification. (OGC 06-042 Annex C.3.3). Depending on the specification, if some dimensions are taken as 'elevation' or 'time' by the service, it is possible to use 'elevation' or 'time' in the WMS getMap request. For all other dimensions, including 'StdTime' which are not being treated as 'time' of the service, the prefix 'dim_' must be added to the getMap request.
