Republishing a survey from an existing feature layer with types from the ArcGIS Survey123 website introduces the 'New feature' domain in the feature layer.

Solution de contournement

Add a new domain, then update the Templates list. Delete the additional domain afterwards. The 'New feature' option disappears when the survey associated with the feature layer is not republished.
