Solution de contournement

After adding a new field to both the Parcel Feature class and TaxRoll table as Text type and populate it with the records from the PolyID column using the Field Calculator and recreate the Relationship Class using the new Text column for the Primary and Foreign key columns, the following results are returned when the same query is performed:Tax Roll = 211 / Parcels = 211
