Follow the workaround listed in the issue to ensure no duplicate components exist in the database before upgrading to ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0 or later. Select the component to preserve after the upgrade, then use the workaround to unregister the duplicates.Solution de contournement
Revert to ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 and unregister all but one of the ArcGIS Server machines in the site, then proceed with the upgrade to ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.
