Solution de contournement

Create the spatial index using SQL outside of ArcGIS.
Create the spatial table from ArcGIS by specifying the keyword on creation. In some instances, depending on the workflow for loading the data, the spatial index must be dropped before loading the data through FME, and add the spatial index after.
