Known limitation in the alignment with the security best practices, the metadata file also contains processing history, which reveals internal server information (e.g. shared storage name and paths). This is a common security concern.Solution de contournement
In ArcGIS Server Manager, navigate to the specific service; Parameters > Properties > Catalog > check 'Allow downloading metadata files' for the service and restart the service.
