Querying a Hosted Table or Layer occasionally sends continuous requests to REST until the connection times out or the script is interrupted.

Solution de contournement

1. Change the Where clause to 1, in which the default Where clause is based on the OBJECTID field being greater than 0.
2. Add a cacheHint parameter to the query function.
3. Query the layer as a FeatureSet and then convert it to a DataFrame.
