During testing, this issue is only reproducible when copying to an ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 portal. It cannot be reproduced when copying to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 or later, or to an online organization. Closing this issue as it is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4. Additionally, there are documented workarounds for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3.Solution de contournement
- Cloning a successful story triggers all previously failed stories to clone over. Failed clones appear stuck in a queue until the next successful clone.
- Assign a different name to the story.
