Solution de contournement

Publish as a hosted feature service in ArcGIS Pro instead of a web map.Or, when publishing as a web map, add the corresponding hosted feature service that gets created with it into a new web map through ArcGIS Online. That map opens successfully in Collector for ArcGIS on Windows 10 devices.
