Bogue
Publishing a local web scene from ArcGIS Pro 2.5 projected in RD New and using the Auto-Suggest Tiling scheme causes the multipatch feature to float above the ground in ArcGIS Online Scene Viewer.

This is as designed. The tiling scheme is generated correctly, but it does not go down to 1:180 causing the buildings float. The idea behind auto-suggest is to have one tiling scheme to be repurposed per SR, and it does not work for the scale of this data.Solution de contournement
- Download the auto-suggested tiling scheme and add more scales.
- Use the tiling scheme Existing Cached Map or image service. In All Portal, search for Topo RD. This applies the correct tiling scheme for a scene projected in RD New.
