Bogue
Publishing a hosted feature service from a layer, which is time-enabled with an integer or float field, causes failure to run queries when the time zone is set to any time zone other than Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Time enabled layers are honored and not required to be in UTC. When publishing as a hosted feature layer, time will be converted to UTC.Solution de contournement
- Set the time zone to UTC when using short, long and float data type fields.
- Use text or double data type fields with any other time zone.
