This issue is not reproducible in-house in our hardware.Solution de contournement
- Increase the maximum usage timeout for the publishing tools.
- Pre-process the data in ArcGIS Pro, or convert the date values to UTC with python before publishing.
- If possible, remove date fields from the data if they are not needed for the service.
