Bogue
Publishing a GeoJSON file as a hosted feature service in ArcGIS Online creates table records instead of features when the feature type is defined as 'GeometryCollection'.

- Reformat the GeoJSON file so that "type": "GeometryCollection" is not used and the features are separated into "type": "Point", "type": "Polygon", "type": "MultiPolygon", "type": "LineString", "type": "MultiLineString", and so forth.
- Use the Quick Import tool from the Data Interoperability extension to convert the file to features, then publish to ArcGIS Online.
