Projecting an Annotation feature class with leader lines results in leader lines that extend indefinitely towards the top right of the page.

For the attached annotation feature class, importing the feature class into a new file geodatabase will completely remove the incorrect leader lines from the projected feature class. However, the test data is a subset of a 300,000 record annotation feature class. This full set of data will not have all of the leader lines if imported into a new geodatabase.
