Portal for ArcGIS item details show "Shared with: item is not shared" for an item shared to a group when logged in using a custom role.

Solution de contournement

1. Grant the custom role user Admin 'View All' content privileges.
2. Use the equivalent Portal for ArcGIS role template (e.g. Publisher or Viewer).
