At Portal for ArcGIS 10.6, with the Portal for ArcGIS 10.6 logs set to info, users can see the size of both the feature layer item and the replication package created. We determine feature layer size as the size of the exported feature layer Portal for ArcGIS 10.6 item including the sqlite database. For example: INFO Feature Layer size is '324.00' 'KB' It is likely, in the reported scenario, that the total size of the exported Portal for ArcGIS 10.6 item on disk exceeded the 100 MB limit. For Portal for ArcGIS 10.6, if the feature layer size exceeds the maximum allowed size the logs will report, at the warning level, that the limit has been exceeded. For example: WARNING Feature Layer size of '4' MB exceeds system defined maximum size of '1' MB.
