Bogue
Pop-ups enabled on layers in a map service added as a web map to Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.1 configured with Integrated Window Authentication (IWA) take a long time (twenty seconds to one minute) to display, if the web map has an imagery as the basemap in ArcGIS Explorer for iOS 17.1.1.
