ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Grant the permissions through the SQL Plus command line. The SELECT privileges must be granted on all relationship tables with the SQL statement:
- grant SELECT on segment_acteur to viewersig;…
OR
Use the change privileges toolbox and select all relationships items.
