Solution de contournement

After running the Upgrade ArcMap Parcel Fabric tool, select all the points in the ArcMap parcel fabric that have a Name value but no corresponding control points. Export these points to a new feature, and use the Import Parcel Fabric Points tool to import these points into the ArcGIS Pro parcel fabric.
