Bogue
Parcel boundary lines are sometimes not associated with a parcel polygon, leading to null Calculated Areas.

For the first issue, the shrink to seed/reconstruct from seed workaround works. However, for the second issue, it is recommended to run the Geoprocessing tool to Find Adjacent Parcel Points as the end along the curve do not actually connect. Zoom in closely and run the Merge Parcel Points. Then run validate to make sure any minor geometric issues will be resolved. Re-run Parcel Features and everything works as desired.
