Bogue
Overwriting cached map services intermittently creates a second dynamic map service instead of a second cached map service in ArcGIS Server 10.2.2, causing the tile directories to not be moved as expected.

This issue was logged against a version of the software which is no longer supported, and has not had activity in some time. - Publish a new map service and cache it. Use the REST Admin API to rename the new service to the name needed.
- Publish a new map service and create the tiles. Import the new tiles into the old service with the Import Map Server Cache tool.
