This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.5. The workflow is not reasonable that creates a workspace using an existing mosaic dataset with no geometric model (for satellite, it is Rational Polynomial Coefficient [RPC]).Solution de contournement
The misalignment issue is caused by the not-very-good accuracy of the Digital Elevation Model (DEM). Please generate a DEM (Digital Surface Model [DSM] or Digital Terrain Model [DTM]) using the semiglobal matching method and use it to generate an orthomosaic. The result is good.
