Bogue
Opening a vector tile layer with a different projection from the default basemap in Map Viewer returns the error, “Incompatible with current basemap.”

- Open the layer in Map Viewer Classic.
- Add the layer to a new map instead of opening the layer from the item details page and add it as a basemap.
- Add the REST URL of the layer in the map using the add a layer using the URL option.
