This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123. If the issue occurs, please contact Esri Support Services, as additional information is required for further investigation.

Solution de contournement

Open ArcGIS Survey123 Connect.
Click 'New Survey' to create a new survey.
In the New Survey window, for 'Create a new survey from:', under Organization, check Feature Services.
In the search bar, type and select the name of the associated feature service.
Click 'Create survey'.
In the XLSForm, make the necessary edits.
Save and republish the survey by making sure the survey has the right submission URL on the XLSForm settings tab.
