Bogue
Opening a map document by double-clicking or right-clicking and selecing open in Windows Explorer changes the upper case file name to lower case in the title bar.

In Windows explorer > right click on the map document > Open with > Choose program > Under "Recommended programs:" select ArcMap instead of ArcGIS file handler > check ON "Always use selected program to open this kind of file." > Hit OK. The next time map document is double clicked it will show the the correct case for the file name in the title bar of the map document.Étapes pour reproduire
