Bogue

On Windows 8.1 and 10, if a legend containing decimal values has the "Right to left reading" option checked in the Legend Properties Layout tab, exporting to PDF results in an output where the integer part and the fractional part of the data values are switched.

Solution de contournement

Export to another filetype, such as .emf, .jpg, .tif etc.Or, import the ArcMap layout into ArcGIS Pro and export to PDF from ArcGIS Pro.
