Solution de contournement

Set First, Second, and Third Failure properties of the Recovery tab within the service properties to "Restart the Service"Creating a batch routine to start them with a lag will also allow the service provider to start correctly.1. Set Server Object Manager, ESRI Image Server and any service providers to manual in the Windows Services menu2. Create Bat file with the commands net start "ArcServerObjectManager" net start "ESRI Image Server" net start "ESRI Image ServiceProvider: 3983"this can be saved anywhere on local disk3. In Control Panel > Scheduled Tasks-Add Scheduled Task - Point to Bat file - When to perform is 'When computer starts'The bat file we created in testing looked like this:@echo offnet start "ESRI Image Server"net start "ESRI Image ServiceProvider: 3983"ping -n 5 127.0.0.1 > nulnet start "ArcServerObjectManager"Also possible to set dependency on server for the Image Server and Service Provider to be up and running prior to starting the server.
