Data that is Z or M-aware is supported for publishing to ArcGIS Online. Analyzer warning 24033 appears with m-aware data if 'Allow geometry updates without m-value' is not selected. This is meant to warn that editing may not be possible through some clients that require a m-value when editing m-aware data.
