This is an issue with the current hierarchical route algorithm which is not guaranteed to find the optimal route. Collapsing the top two hierarchy levels (1 and 2) into a single, denser level should allow the algorithm to find the more direct route, but at the expense of slower solve times.Solution de contournement
If Distance is an acceptable alternate cost, the routes were nearly identical for the cost factor. Otherwise, no workaround was found.
