Bogue
My Places dialog: Can easily get into a state with this dialog where the message 'The input name already existings, please choose another name' keeps appearing and you have to shut down ArcMap to prevent it from appearing, Also, My Places shouldn't let the user rename a place so that it has the same name as another place already in the list.
