Thanks for the report! We are very happy to try to figure out why a single Scene Layer crashes the browser, our goal is that this never happens. However there are cases that we cannot support because they break the essential design of the Scene Layers and this is one of them: this scene layer contains only one single feature for the entire cache (buildings, trees, etc). Scene Layers require individual features for each building to work optimally, this way the web client can decide how much data to load without crashing. Please split the layer into individual features, regenerate the SLPK and try again.
