Moving stacked points in ArcGIS Pro moves all stacked points, not just the point selected.

On the Edit tab, set Topology option to 'No Topology' prior to performing the edit.

Solution de contournement

Set a definition query on the layer so that only one of the points meets it. Then move the point. Once you remove the definition query, the other points are still in their proper spot.
