Bogue
Modifying the WebContextURL causes the "Update Portal URL" operation to fail with the following error: "Unable to update Portal URL for the account '...'. New URL is same as the existing URL."

Allowing the URL Update APIs to target the current organization URL provides no benefit, as no settings or content will be updated.Solution de contournement
Skipped updating the WebContextURL.
- Updated the FederatedServerURL:
- This succeeded.
Updated the Portal URL:
- This also succeeded.
- Note, in System > Properties, I had also noticed that the WebContextURL was automatically changed as part of this process.
- When adding content:
- Content was able to load successfully in ArcGIS Pro over the newly changed Enterprise URLs.
