Bogue
Modifying the service URL of the web map layers in Jupyter Notebook version 1.4.1 appears to update the URL, but the changes are not reflected.

This issue is non-reproducible at version 1.4.1. The issue is related to browser caching. Switching the browser from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge shows modified results.Solution de contournement
The only other function that works to accomplish this is to completely remove the layer, then add the new service in the place. Refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/python/sample-notebooks/using-and-updating-gis-content/ for information on updating the web map content in Jupyter Notebook.
