Bogue
Modifying hosted feature service capabilities on the Item Details page within the ArcGIS Enterprise portal results in a false error, "Save wasn't successful. Try again later" when the service is published to an ArcGIS Server site that is not trusted by the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
