Follow the instructions in the following technical article: <a href="http://support.esri.com/en/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/40352" target="_blank">http://support.esri.com/en/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/40352</a>Also, the installation of Mobile 3.0 for 10.1 resolves the issue if the user wishes to continue using Mobile with their 10.1 install.
