Bogue
Mobile Projects Center returns the error "Unable to find the specified file" when adding a feature service if the feature service has labels enabled using an expression in MXD before publishing it as a hosted feature service.

ArcGIS for Windows Mobile supports labeling on a layer in ArcMap and annotation that is stored in a geodatabase. However, it is recommended that annotation are used for text instead of labeling, since labeling on-the-fly consumes battery.
