Bogue
Map Viewer adds a specific version of a Web Map Service (WMS) layer which fails and returns a "400 Bad Request" error, while Map Viewer Classic loads the desired version of the WMS layer which returns a "200 OK" request and displays without issue.

Unable to reproduce this issue. The service listed in the issue https://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/ESRI_Imagery_World_2D/MapServer does not exist on the server and returns an error.Solution de contournement
When the WMS layer is first added to Map Viewer Classic (and loads the version of the layer which does not produce the "400 Bad Request" error), save the web map, open the map in Map Viewer, and the WMS displays without issue. The issue is specific to when adding the layer first directly into the Map Viewer.
