In the published mxd file, define the geographic transformation between the service Geographic Coordinate Systems and the Output Spatial Reference System (for instance 102100 if users use their feature service in the ArcGIS Online web map).<a href="https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000005629" target="_blank">https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000005629</a>.
