Bogue
Long text in the web map pop-up in a Web AppBuilder application is truncated (with no vertical scroll bar) when shrinking the browser window.

Solution de contournement
The issue does not occur if the browser window is large enough to show all the text in the pop-up.
When accessing via a mobile device, the user can swipe or scroll down to see all the text in the pop-up.
