Closing this bug. The crash is no longer reproducible when using the latest ArcGIS Pro release (ArcGIS Pro 3.5). There is no reason to have BDS layers in the map in ArcGIS Pro. Moreover, this is not supported and will not work. Enrich, Reports, and so forth work in ArcGIS Pro without having a BDS layer in the map.
