Load MA Catalog tool is very slow when loading an RPF catalog with CIB/CADRG data whose extension is not listed in Raster File Formats Properties dialog box.

Include the unlisted CIB/CADRG extensions in the list of recognized raster formats. For example:Format Name File ExtensionsCIB *.i11, *.i41, *.i42
