Bogue
Licensing for ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4 becomes corrupt on Microsoft Azure after stopping and starting the instance and receives the following error, "...license is in need of a repair operation." However, there is no option to repair the licenses.

Workaround 1: 1. Login to Microsoft Azure. 2. Navigate to the Windows Start menu> All programs > ArcGIS > ArcGIS Administrator. 3. Reauthorize the licenses. 4. Check the Availability tab. 5.
