The issue is no longer reproducible on the current product version of ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App when creating a Custom PDF. Creating an image does not include a legend since the image is simply a screenshot of the current map view and does not include a legend option.Solution de contournement
Use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to export this variable at the census and block group level detail to JPEG or PDF file format.
