This issue is not reproducible. Use the Export Features tool instead of the Feature Class To Feature Class tool, as the latter is deprecated.Solution de contournement
Add the data to the Contents pane by clicking Add Data on the Map tab, and select Query Layer to open the New Query Layer dialog box.
