The issue is not reproducible in newer versions of ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (11.x). If experiencing this behavior, reach out to Esri Support Services as a new reproduction case is needed to continue investigation.Solution de contournement
- Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 or later.
- View the web map in Map Viewer Classic. However, this does not work for applications the web map is included in (for example, ArcGIS Experience Builder).
